Facilitated by: Pastor Mark Miller
Location: Large Conference Room
Time: 9:30 am - 10:15 am
The seventeen prophetic books (five Major Prophets and twelve Minor Prophets) comprise about one-fourth of the Scriptures and are crucial from a theological and historical point of view, but are seldom read by Christians today. A new inductive adult Bible study will begin soon (following the Acts study). For a personal study guide, see Pastor Mark Miller.
Small group meeting every other Tuesday at 1:30 pm in a member's home.
The Wired Word
Facilitated by Bob Fee
Location: Fellowship Hall
9:30 - 10:15 am Sundays
If you are looking for something unique for your Sunday morning adult Christian education experience, "The Wired Word" may be just the ticket. It begins on Sunday morning at 9:30 am in the Fellowship Hall. The Wired Word makes current events more relevant to modern Christian living by linking the latest headlines to appropriate Scripture. Each week The Wired Word includes biblical commentary and discussion questions related to a topic in the news that week - sometimes even the same day!
This study group is open to all and meets the first Monday of each month at 9.30 a.m. in FPC's large conference room. If the first Monday falls on a holiday, the class will meet the second Monday. If you are interested in participating, contact Beth Southern.
All women are welcome and encouraged to join a group that meets each Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. Meetings are held in FPC’s large conference room. For more information contact Annie Gajewski at 620-662-5256.
